More than 425 fine artists, craftsmen, food vendors, California Certified farmers, musicians and entertainers will be making their way to Montrose for the Montrose Arts & Crafts Festival, now in its 26th year.

It is one of the oldest events of its type in the state and the largest public event in the City of Glendale. The Montrose Shopping Park Association, which sponsors the two-day festival, Saturday, June 6 from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM and Sunday, June 7 from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM, has had such success with the event that its’ expansion was inevitable.

The Festival has grown into an event for the entire family and features live entertainment, a children’s activity area and an expanded International Food Court with seating for one hundred people. Here, busy shoppers can sample everything from Hawaiian Rotisserie Chicken, Thai Food and Tamales to good old American Barbecue. Also featured in the food court will be Gremoli New Orleans Jazz Band and The Martini Kings.

Don’t forget there are more than two-hundred stores in the Montrose Shopping Park. The Festival weekend is a great time to discover the historic, century-old retail district and meet the store owners who are there to personally serve you.

The Montrose merchants believe that this year’s Arts & Crafts Festival will rival prior years in its 26th anniversary. The reason visitors come from far and wide to the Montrose Arts & Crafts Festival is the wonderful array of handmade crafts, jewelry, fine art, textiles, flowers and much more. The public is invited to spend festival weekend in Montrose to enjoy the family fun and tradition of the Montrose Arts & Crafts Festival.
