Free Pancakes at IHOP

IHOP plans to serve millions of free pancakes again next year in celebration of National Pancake Day on Tuesday, February 23, 2010. More than 1,400 IHOP restaurants throughout the United States will invite you to enjoy a free short stack of IHOP’s signature buttermilk pancakes from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on National Pancake Day. In return, IHOP guests are asked to donate what they would have paid for the free pancakes to the Children’s Miracle Network hospital in their community, or another designated local cause. So it’s not technically a freebie, but I love the idea of eating pancakes for a good cause.

Mint.com – The Best Free Way to Manage Your Money

My plan was to use Mint.com this week to budget my finances and report back in detail the awesomeness of the site. But I sort of forgot. And too be honest, I’m not even sure where are all my receipts went. Zoinks! It’s definitely going to be a New Year’s resolution. If anyone has feedback about Mint.com’s services, let us know.
